About Us
Hugh Callacher found himself pondering a critical question: why were values like kindness, thoughtfulness, sharing, and community seemingly absent in society? Instead, he observed a rise in prejudice, greed, and indifference.
Determined to revive the spirit of kindness and community, Hugh, a successful businessman, embarked on creating a platform dedicated to promoting support and compassion.
Launched in 2014, the charity has transformed and adapted over the years, continually embracing innovative ideas and people with similar values.
It all began with a question:
"Where's the kindness?"
Meet Paulina
Paulina is a talented Holistic Healer and artist, and a valuable friend, contributor and asset to the Kinda Community.
She lives and works at Breathing Space Norfolk, where she works her magic.
Meet Mell
Mell Harrison is the Founding Director & Keeper of The KindaForest School.
She is also a Vision Holder, Tutor and Play Catalyst.
Mell has been facilitating Nature Connection work for over 25 years. In her words, she “absolutely adores working with people within nature”.

The Missing Kind Today
With strong connections to Cambridge in the UK, South Africa, Poland & Bulgaria. The Missing Kind has evolved into a co-operative that embodies numerous aspects today.
Our community provides guidance, support, and for those who share a passion. We warmly welcome new ideas from individuals who align with our values and ethos.
