

Our Mission
TMK’s KindaKafes (KK) are places delivering social impact. They provide a welcoming, inclusive and inspiring environment for the local community. They inspire kindness and compassion, promote social and ethical thinking and connect people to appropriate support and opportunities.
Already Own A Cafe?
Existing cafes can become accredited and join the KK network based on the following guidelines:

A social enterprise by definition of service and distribution of surplus

A welcoming, vibrant, inclusive environment, to inspire and amuse

Environmental consciousness
-
Inclusive cuisine, a plant based menu is core to the kindakafe. Mindful meat
at the discretion of local culture and in of animal welfare

Sustainability and conscious consumerism
-
Ethical practices in business and employment.

In service to the local community.

Support of social enterprise development
-
To support a non-profit pay-it-forward campaign
-
Support the values of tMK
-
Engage and exchange with network, participate in quarterly newsletter
-
A shop window for kk and local social enterprise merchandise
-
Annual submission of social impact report and branding approval
What We Can Do For You
Each cafe will remain independent and can withdraw association at any time by notification and removal of kk branding. They will retain their own identity, accompanied by a strap line with the tMK logo
tMK will offer support and guidance to any traditional trading Cafe that would like to become part of the KK network.
This may be in the form of:-
● Guidance around increasing local social impact
● Delivery of educational events or information to encourage local social enterprise growth
● Provision of tMK merchandise
● Supply of promotional material and branding.
● Promotion of the cafe and its events as part of the KK network
● Joint ventures and advice
● Social impact contribution, up to £1500 per year towards local Kindness Missions
