If you like what we do and would like to join us, here are some options…

KindaElders

We’re developing a team of experienced, professional people to help us deliver the commercial ambitions of our KindaMovement. If you have experience in business and enjoy planning, finance, business development and/or mentoring others, then we’d be interested in chatting with you. Take a look at our KindaElders Terms of Reference for more details and send a CV, with details of how and why you think you could work with us, in an email to hugh@themissingkind.org if you’re interested in becoming one of our KindaElders…

KindaMovement Intentional Community…

We are a nomadic flock of fair-play and mindful beings, creating and supporting a purposeful lifestyle through ethical commercial endeavour; a community supporting its members from birth to death. Embracing and delivering the values of the Missing Kind charity, serving the local community, and supporting more global social impact ambitions.

Our community resides in a network of venues, with the opportunity to interchange and operate hospitality, educational, agricultural, people and animal care, construction, recycling (and others based on the passions of the membership) social enterprises. Stabilizing these venues to a sustainable solution, giving income to members and donating excess to support the work of the charity. All these venues positively impact their local community.

We are currently seeking pioneers to help develop our network of venues and complementary enterprises. If you are hard-working and share our passion for self-sufficiency and service for the good of others, please contact hugh@themissingkind.org to find out how and where you can best fit.  We need your expertise, your love , your honesty, passion to serve and diligence to protect our vulnerable givers desperate to demonstrate kindnesss but vulnerable to exploitation

Volunteer

We have lots of activities and projects going on at any one time, with plenty of volunteer opportunities across our network, doing all sorts of different things!
